Man in Voi bites off 4-months-old sons genitals
A man in Voi, Taita Taveta county, has bitten his 4-months-old sons genitals.
The 23-year-old father, Salim Mwaluma was arraigned at Voi law courts after being charged with cruel treatment of a minor.
The child’s mother had reported the crime that was committed on Saturday.
Salim had bite off the sons penis, right leg and the rib. the reasons for committing the crime is still unknown.
Appearing before Senior resident magistrate Frederick Nyakundi , Salim denied the charges leveled against him. He was however released on a cash bail of 20000 shillings or a bond of 50000shillings.
The case will be mentioned on 30th October 2019 and will be heard on 31st October.
