To buy a ticket online on the Madaraka Express through the online booking platform, visit metickets.krc.co.ke. It’s quick and easy-to-use.
USSD
One can purchase a ticket by dialing *639# and pay via M-Pesa. The USSD payment solution is available 24/7. One can book up to a maximum of five (5) tickets per transaction.
Over the counter
Just visit the station of departure and purchase a ticket. Pay using cash (Local currency) ONLY.
The e-Ticket
An eTicket is an SMS sent to your mobile or email after your payment has been received. It contains a booking code that is used to verify that you are the right customer.
