Ken Okoth’s widow Monica rejects son’s DNA results
The wife of the deceased Kibra MP Kenneth Okoth, Monica Okoth has rejected the DNA results confirming Okoth is the legitimate father of MCA Anne Thumbi’s son.
Monica who appeared before the court on Wednesday, to make formal submissions said she was not satisfied by the results and will instead wait for results from her an independent DNA test exercise she had commissioned.
She further asked the court to grant her 20 more days but commercial court magistrate M. Obura objected granting her 15 days instead.
The matter will be mentioned on October 2 after Monica’s independent DNA test results.
