What are the benefits of Smart Fare?
Smart Fare combines our standard offering of a ticket + one piece of hand luggage of up to 10kgs with three valuable additional services i.e. one date/time change (exclusive of fare difference on a new changed flight booked), 1 checked-in bag of up to 20kgs as well as standard seat selection. 20kgs hold luggage does not apply on an infant.
How to purchase Smart Fare Tickets on Jambojet
How do I purchase Smart Fare?
You can purchase Jambojet Smart Fare tickets when making a new reservation on www.jambojet.com, at our sales offices, airports, call center or from your favorite travel agent.
Are Smart Fare tickets available on every flight?
Smart Fare is available on all flights across all routes.
Can I change my flight at no extra cost with Smart Fare?
Yes, with Smart Fare the date/time change fee is waived once. However, should the new flight have a higher fare, you will need to top up the fare difference.
Can I purchase extra baggage?
Yes, you can purchase extra baggage beyond the 10kgs hand luggage and 20kgs checked in luggage provided for by Smart Fare. Standard baggage terms and conditions apply.
Can I purchase Smart Fare for group travel?
No, Smart Fare is not available for group travel.
Is Smart Fare refundable?
No, Jambojet tickets are non-refundable.
