Toto’s act of betrayal

After her resounding victory just two years ago in the Bomet parliamentary election, MP Toto encountered a critical moment when the Finance Bill 2024 was brought to a vote on the house floor.

Residents of Bomet County who delivered her 2022 victory locked their eyes to see how their female representative would vote.

Much to the dismay of most people, Linet Toto uttered the dreaded “Yes” vote, openly endorsing the bill.

Hon. Toto swiftly joined the ranks of hundreds of other MPs who faced criticism for their vote in favor of the bill.
