Bring it on DCI Boss George Kinoti tells Sarah Wairimu
The ‘bad blood’ between Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) boss George Kinoti and Sarah Wairimu, widow to slain Dutch tycoon Tob Cohen has ensued further after Kinoti now wants Wairimu to serve him with application papers after contempt of court claims.
On Thursday, Kinoti directed his lawyer Donald Kipkorir to request Wairimu to serve her with the papers.
“At the moment he is out of the country on official assignment, but read online that you filed a contempt proceeding against him,” said Kipkorir.
“He has inquired from his office and they confirmed that you haven’t served them with the alleged application. You should serve us with the said application,” he added.
Tob Cohen’s widow had moved to High Court on Tuesday seeking to have the DCI boss, a journalist and office of the Director of public prosecution, jailed for 6 months over contempt.
