5 arrested over inter-clan related clashes in Banisa
Five suspects are in ploce custody over inter-clan clashes in Banisa sub-county, Mandera.
According to Mandera County chief Mr Onesmus Kyatha, the police are still hunting 10 more suspects.
So far two elderly persons were killed again in Banisa sub-county immediately after peace talks attended high profile dignitaries came to an end.
The number of killed people has now risen to 13.
