Radio Queen Kalekye Mumo Thursday was trolled online for advising youths, “to stop chasing after ‘Godfathers’ and media personalities but instead work for their own achievements.”
Kalekye took to her twitter page to caution netizens against in boxing and Dming people they think have made it in life to hook them up with jobs.

“Don’t go in boxing and Dming people who you think have made it or have some sort of influence, get me a job, any job. Sell yourself. Why should anyone help you? What are your strengths and in this economy can you not do it on your own? Nobody legit woke up like this. We worked for it,” she said.
But a section of the online community could not take Kalekye’s remarks lying down.
Amidst the rage witnessed with this post, I AGREE with your sentiments. A job seeker should sell themselves by mentioning their education credentials, experience and core skills and any key job accomplishments. Saying you just need a job, any job is a No No No.

How about leaving a "I'll let you know incase I come across an opportunity" message or just some kind words. Most of those DMing you have applied for those jobs without success and their only hope is you because they feel you're "well connected."
