RnB singer Nadia Mukami has opened up on why she decided to release a gospel record dubbed ‘Maombi.’
Speaking to Edaily the songstress said that she released the solo record “as a way of thanking God for the far He has brought her in the music industry.”
“I just wanted to say thank you to, most importantly God, and the fans and the media for getting me this far. There have been a lot of ups and downs and I at some point thought about releasing it later but I felt like I should just say thank you now this far,” she said.

In the interview she went on to reveal that the song, will be her last this year.
“I have not achieved much…but I have achieved something…and, to me, that is worth saying thank you to everybody that has supported me for.”
Nadia is one of the artists nominated in the 2019 Pulse Music Video Awards (PMVA) for ‘Female video of the Year’ category, for her hit song Radio Love.
