Babu Tale, Diamond’s manager has hit Ali Kiba after he declined to WCB’s offer to perform at their festival.
Speaking to Wasafi media, Tuesday Kiba had pulled off from Diamond’s festival and requested to be left alone.
“Amesema unikome, na mimi nimemkoma, hata kumzungumzia, tumemkoma.”
Earlier on, Diamond had announced last week in a presser, that the ‘Chekecha Cheketua’ hitmaker was among the artists lined up for the event.
“Before going to the US, Babu Tale reached out to Ali Kiba to ask him to be at the festival. Music is about competition, but when it comes to big things like this, people come together.”
Adding: “These things are not personal, no wonder Nigerians are going far. We should not accept to be split apart by people who just want to hate. By doing that, we are killing the industry.” He said.
Among the artists set to grace, the festival include: Wiz Kidayo, Harmonise who recently left the record label among others.
