Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has once again found himself in trouble after police arrested him for allegedly assaulting a woman at Royal Media Services studios on December 8 2019.

The lawmaker is currently recording his statement at Kilimani Police Station.

It reported that Wanja alleged that Kuria descended on her with slaps and blows while she was on the line of duty preparing to go live on air at the Inooro TV.

Wanja, in a viral video, said Moses Kuria was irked after she confronted him about remarks made at a past event in Kiambu at a children’s home event.

“I told him he was talking about matters which were irrelevant to the event at hand and more so inappropriate for children and faithful,” she said.

Wanja has since recorded a statement at the Kilimani police station where she hopes justice will take its due course regardless of Kuria’s position.

So for far four witnesses who were present during the incident said they are ready to testify against the Gatundu South MP.
