The itel Brand Launch is just a day away. The event will broadcast live on KTN Home, the itel mobile Kenya Facebook page, and on Vskit at 1930 hrs. A re-run of the launch on NTV comes to you on Saturday, 19^th September 2020.

What is likely to change with the brand launch?

As itel products grow in number and popularity both in Kenya and across Africa, the company has recently been on a massive campaign to expand its retail network online and customer engagement. This was witnessed in the recently concluded itel I-SERVICE month. Going forward, word has it that customers will easily purchase any itel product via popular e-commerce and online market places such as Jumia, Kilimall, and Xpark. Such presence in online market places will definitely improve products accessibility and increase brand-customer touchpoints, without forgetting the benefits of ease of purchase for customers.

 

We know for sure that with the upcoming brand launch, itel will introduce to the market a new baby to its S series phones, the itel S16 series. Sources, however  reveal that more electronic products are likely to be introduced. These include new smartphone models, TVs, as well as wearable devices. To many, this is a bold brilliant move that is long overdue.

For a while, it has been a common practice for mobile devices manufacturers to venture into production of IOT devices and other new and upcoming technologies. A move in this direction will certainly lead to an expanded range of products, translating to more pocket-friendly products that itel is popularly known for.
