Retried teacher sues TSC
A retired teacher Mr Ephraim Mwangi has sued his former employee the Teachers Service Commission.
Mwangi who is a former high school principal took his employer to court over alleged oppression, long working hours, labour rights abuse and long working hours.
In his file, Mwangi alleged that TSC owns teacher millions of unpaid dues in overtime.
The petition was filled at Nyeri High Court.
Mwangi is seeking Sh18 million in compensation from his former employer, who he accuses of violating his rights under the Employment Act.
