Parent in Nyando burn son’s fingers over a missing phone
The police officer in Nyando has arrested a couple after they burned the fingers of their son over a missing phone.
The boy will now miss out on KCPE exams since he was a candidate.
The father was arrested at Kakola in Nyando, Kisumu County.
