ODM, Jubilee, ANC, FORD-Kenya summoned by IEBC over Kibra by-election violence
The four major parties jostling for the Kibra parliamentary by-election seat set for November 7, 2019, have been summoned by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) over violence witnessed last weekend.
The four parties, ODM, Jubilee Party, ANC, and FORD-Kenya have been requested to appear before Kibra Returning Officer Beatrice Muli on Wednesday afternoon.
According to IEBC, the four contending parties are allegedly accused of diverting from set campaign schedules that led to the fracks that was witnessed at the weekend.
