Meet Uhuru’s nominee for Controller of Budget, Dr. Margaret Nyakang’o
President Uhuru Kenyatta has on Tuesday, November 19 nominated a new occupant in the office of the Controller of Budget.
The head of state nominated Margaret Nyakang’o and has presented her name to Parliament for vetting as the new Controller of Budget.

Nyakang’o currently serves as a lecturer at the KCA University and prides herself as one with excellent skills and experience in a wide variety of organizations in both public and private sectors of the Kenyan economy, strong background in accounting and audit complements doctoral-level strategic management and organizational development skills, workforce planning, democratic governance and integrity among other merits.
Doctor Margaret Nyakang’o Nyang’ate hails from Nyamira county.
