A recent report released, by the World Health Organisation (WHO) shows a significant rise in a number of depressed cases worldwide, an estimated number currently standing at 264 million, according to the international body.
It is projected that out of the reported cases close to800,000 people die of suicide every day. A depressing figure, that the body notes, out of it an alarming number of young people aged 15-29 years fall victim to such cases.
Well, even as the country currently grapples on ways of tackling this menace, questions abound on the rising suicidal cases reported within the entertainment circles, and the rising number of deaths reported amongst the young folks.
Here are five signs you should watch out for, in order for you to know whether you are going under:
Unexplained aches and pains
An increase in physical complaints such as headaches, back pain, aching muscles, and stomach pain.
Appetite and weight changes

Loss of interest in daily activities
You don’t care anymore about former hobbies, social activities. you’ve lost your ability to feel joy and pleasure including your spark to work.
Well, low energy levels could be one of the indicators; feeling fatigued, sluggish, and physically drained. Your whole body may feel heavy, and even small tasks are exhausting or take longer to complete.
Though I have come across a number of people who confessed to battling insomnia. Experts opening as one of the indicators to watch out for, especially if you normally wake up in the wee hours of the morning or you are an oversleeper.

Anger or irritability
If you normally feel agitated, restless or event at times you can get violent, or even at times you feel like everything and everyone gets on your nerves, most probably you should seek medical help.
