Leadership row engulfs Nairobi Hospital
The prosperity of the high-end Nairobi Hospital lies in limbo after a leadership row was experienced during the graduation of Nursing students at the hospital.
Businessman Joseph Kigwe stood and declared himself the hospital’s chairman leaving most of the staff in question regarding the whereabouts of their former chairman Mr Simba who was released without notice.
Sources at the hospital told the Star that Simba might have resigned overpressure at the hospital.
Kigwe has been at The Nairobi Hospital Board since June 2019.
This is not the first time, leadership challenges have engulfed the facility, in April 2019, CEO Gordon Odundo was sacked after a three months suspension.
