The viral clip of the mansion found its way to X, a platform filled with professionals and a clique of notorious ‘know-it-all’ users.

Resident architects on Twitter immediately got to work, reviewing the latest piece of architecture in town.

Top city architect and built environment educator Professor Alfred Omenya gave his opinion of the mansion through his X handle.

“You need a very good architect to design a large expensive home. You even need a better architect to design a small, intimate, low-budget home. Many architects cannot design for the poor; they also can’t design for the rich. Khaligraph Jones,” wrote the professor.

Other users countered the professor’s assessment, claiming that the mansion is structurally sound with all the beams inside it.
