The first woman to ever DJ an NBA All-Star game DJ Poison Ivy is set to close the year on a high note.
This is after she was listed Tuesday in the annual edition of Forbes 30 Under 30 among the 2020 class of sports world’s brightest and youngest stars.
Also in the list include; Ryan Bishara -Los Angeles football club VP of business and data strategy, Seattle Seahawks linebacker Bobby Wagner, Team USA figure skater Nathan Chen and Julie Blanc –Director of Corporate Development Drone Racing League among others.

Poison Ivy whose real name is Ivy Awino, started deejaying at the age of 19 while in university.
She started off her career at the Mark Cuban owned professional basketball team as a ball kid before moving to where she now, DJ’s at the Dallas Mavericks.
This year she scooped an award at the Afrika Muzik Magazine Awards, in Texas, USA for the best DJ in East Africa.
