Fiery exiled lawyer and activist Miguna Miguna has lashed out at the media for what he terms as inaccurate reportage of Embakasi East Babu Owino’s arrest debacle. In a tweet, Miguna argues that the charges against Babu cannot be termed as allegations as confirmation of the incident is easily achievable by grilling eyewitnesses and reviewing CCTV footage.
Babu was picked up earlier today by security operatives for supposedly opening fire at B-Club in the Kilimani area of Nairobi last night. He is currently being held at Kilimani Police Station awaiting prosecution in court.
