At I&M Karibu Agents, you can enjoy the below services:
- Cash withdrawal from your I&M Bank Account through your phone – you need to be also registered for I&M Mobile to avail of cash withdrawal service through I&M Karibu agents. Click here to view process.

Kenswitch Bank Agents
I&M Bank has partnered with Kenswitch to offer the below services through selected bank agents:
- Cash withdrawal at Co-operative Bank agents and Family Bank agents from your I&M Bank account
- Cash deposit through Equitel into your I&M Bank account
- Balance enquiry for your I&M Bank Account at Co-operative Bank and Family Bank agents
Deposit through Kenswitch Bank Agents is absolutely FREE.
To withdraw from Kenswitch Bank Agents, a flat fee of Kes 45 will be applicable per transaction.
