- Your school needs to be registered with KCB bank
- Go to the M-PESA Menu
- Select Pay Bill.
- Enter Business Number 522123.
- In the account number, enter your school code as provided by KCB, then a K followed by student admission number without leaving a spaces in between
- Enter the required amount
- Enter your M-PESA PIN.
- Confirm the transaction
- You will receive a confirmation message from M-PESA and another one from KCB
