The list of 100 most influential young Africans 2019 is officially out.
The yearly honour list seeks to recognise the works and achievement of young Africans across the continent.
In its fourth year, out of the 100 most influential young Africans, 52 are female while 48 are men and 9 Kenyans made it to the list.
The list includes activists, politicians, musicians, footballers, athletes, entrepreneurs, lawyers, comedians, DJs, bloggers, engineers, and scientists.
Kenya is represented by the following

3. Journalist and Fellow at @columbiajourn  – Larry Madowo.
4. 3000m Steeplechase World Champion – Beatrice Chepkoech
5. Radio Queen and Founder, The Adelle Onyango Initiative  – Adelle Anyango.
6. Environmentalist and Founder, Green Generation Initiative. – Elizabeth Wanjiru Wathuti.
7. Managing Director at CRYSTAL RIVER PRODUCTS – Shirlene Nafula.
8. Mandela Washington Fellow, Senior Corporate Communications Manager, Amref Health Africa and Founder @LizzNetwork – Elizabeth Ntonjira-Mutuma.
