MP Farah Maalim’s shocking statement against Gen Z protestors
In a video that has taken Kenyans by surprise, Farah Maalim is seen addressing a gathering in the Somali language.
“God Forbid, if I was president.. this was an attempted coup, a clear attempted coup… If I was president I would have slaughtered them, 5000 of them,” The MP allegedly says in part.
The experienced parliamentarian from Northern Kenya was speaking about the recent protests where Kenyans resolved to march to State House Nairobi.
The protests sparked under the #RutoMustGo mantra, as irate Kenyans called for the president’s resignation for the country’s poor state of affairs.
In what appeared to be reprimanding youthful Kenyan protestors, the legislator reportedly termed the riots as a possible coup attempt that should be dealt with using lethal force.
He further alleged that the protestors were young kids of wealthy Kenyans, raised by ill-gotten wealth and from only one tribe.
According to Honourable Maalim, the protestors were dropped off in downtown Nairobi and told to riot and subsequently take over the State House.

Kenyans on X had the following to say about the Maalim’s alleged video:

“We demand the arrest of Farah Maalim, the most useless man who advises Ruto to kill 5000 Gen Zs daily. We will not give him a space to breathe,” adds @itsKipronoh
