– She says that prefer Wema to Lulu
Barely a week after Bongo movie star Wema Sepetu shared revelations surrounding her apparent abortions, word seemed to have reached Steven Kanumba’s mother.
In a recent interview with Global publishers, the late Steven Kanumba’s mother Flora Mtegao seemed dazzled over Sepetu’s chilling confessions. And it seemed that she (Mtegao) summoned the actress and revealed that she preferred Sepetu over Elizabeth Michael alias Lulu, who was Kanumba’s girlfriend at the time of his demise.
Natamani Kanumba angekuwepo jamani,” said Kanumba’s mother.
In an interview on her new App, Wema explained that her late ex-boyfriend Tanzanian actor Steven Kanumba was not pleased with her aborting his child, a move that saw the late actor ‘curse her womb,’ according to the socialite.
“Wewe Mwanamke nakudai, nakudai watoto wangu wewe, hutoweza kuja kupata mtoto na Mwanaume mwingine yeyote yule,” she said.
In the same interview, a teary Wema went on to lament how she has struggled to conceive over the years without much success.
In a previous interview with Global Publishers, Wema explained that she could not keep the pregnancies at the time cause she was young, and feared her parents.
Mwafikiria nisingependa kuacha hata copy kangu siku ndo Mungu anasema ananichukua. Ningependa kupiga picha niko na mwanangu. I want that with all my life, but I can’t!”
“Let me be open today so that people can know this, I am suffering from a disease, which causes my eggs (ovaries) to rapture and thus cannot be fertilized,” said Sepetu in a past interview with a Tanzania daily.
