Bomb experts have combed Doctors Park in Parklands 3rd avenue after a bomb scare on Thursday.
Nairobi Area police boss Philip Ndolo said the notice near building prompted the search.
The reports indicated that there was a note claiming the building would be bombed any time.
Anti-Terror Police Unit (ATPU) officers swang into action clearing the area but only allowing residents in.
