Court allows Philip Murgor to represent Sarah Wairimu
The widow of the slain Dutch tycoon Tob Cohen, Mrs Sarah Wairimu can now take her plea after the courts allowed her lawyer Philip Murgor to represent her.
Sarah was withheld from taking her plea on the murder charges on Tuesday but the prosecution said it wanted the Attorney General to confirm whether Murgor was still a public prosecutor.
The court has eventually ruled that Murgor can represent Sarah saying there is no conflict of interest.
