At least 10 people feared dead after fresh bandit attack at Jaldesa
Fresh bandit attacks at Jaldesa and Kukuto areas of Marsabit county on Tuesday night has claimed the lives of 10 people, including two police officers.
The two police killed were responding to distress calls.
The unfortunate incident has led the top security chiefs in the region to hold a crisis meeting.
The two police officers were killed in Jaldesa, one body has been retrieved and another still missing.
The bandits also attacked Diib Biresa where 11 people were killed and 400 cows stolen.
