How to transfer money from Mpesa to an Equity Bank account
Did you know that you don’t have to physically go to an Equity Bank to transfer/deposit money to an Equity Bank account? With the current tech advancement, you can easily transfer money from your Mpesa account to any Equity Bank account anytime anywhere. See how to go about it on the guideline below:
- Go to your MPESA Menu
- Select Lipa Na Mpesa
- Select Paybill
- Select Business Number
- Enter 247247
- Select Account number
- Enter Recipient’s Equitel phone number/Equity Account number
- Enter Amount
- Enter MPESA pin
- Confirm details by selecting OK.
- You will receive a confirmation SMS
