3 women fighting over the late Jonathan Moi estate
A legal battle has ensued between the three widows of the late Jonathan Moi, with each one of them seeking to be listed as the de facto administrator of the deceased estate.
One of the widows Beatrice Mbuli Kipkemboi Moi has accused Jonathan’s first wife Sylvia Jonathan of misrepresenting her and the family at large. Mbuli refuted sentiments that Sylvia had stated that they would jointly administrate Jonathan’s properties.

Jonathan Kipkemboi Moi died on April 20 this year after a long battle with pancreatic cancer.
According to Mbuli, the petitioners (the other two wives) did not obtain the consent of all the persons holding an equal or higher priority to the grant including his children and herself prior to the institution of the proceedings.

This doesn’t end here, the third wife Faith Milkah Nyambura Mburu, has also sought help from the courts after she claimed that both Mbuli and Sylvia excluded her from Moi’s estate.
