Late Tob Cohen’s wife Sarah Wairimu to remain in custody
The wife of slain Dutch tycoon Tob Cohen, Mrs Sarah Wairimu will remain in custody until October 3, 2019.

The verdict was passed by the court to grant them time to rule on her lawyer Philip Murgor who is allegedly yet to revoke his position as a public prosecutor. A matter that Tob Cohen family lawyer Cliff Ombeta urgues that it amounts to a conflict of interest.

However, assistant Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) Mr Mwaniki said Murgor’s appointment as a public prosecutor has not been revoked but Murgor insists that he did quit the position on March 7, 2019.
