Chaos erupts at G.K prison Kamiti
Chaos and violence have been reported at G.K Prison Kamiti early on Monday morning.
Reports reaching our newsroom have confirmed that the violence began after prison warders confronted inmates who had sneaked contraband into the cells.
According to the official, the inmates engaged warders following the massive search which led to the recovery of SIM cards and phones.
In a move to resist the seizure of the contrabands a bitter exchange ensued.
