Sanlam floats early retirement offer to employees
Life insurance company Sanlam has offered her old employees an opportunity to apply for early retirement.
The offer is on the table for one week for all employees aged over 50 years for their consideration.
The offer is also voluntary.
According to Sanlam CEO Mr Patrick Tumbo, the move is geared towards embracing technology and cutting costs.
