How to activate
To a bundle , dial *100# or *200# and select ‘Products & Services’ then select ‘International Calling Bundles’. You can then buy any of the bundles below
- 6 Minutes @ Ksh 19: 24hr validity.
- 40 Minutes @ Ksh 99: 7 day validity.
- 170 minutes @ Kshs 399 : 30 day validity
International Calling bundles are only applicable for the below countries.
- USA
- China
- Canada
- India
How to check balance
Customers can check their balance by dialing *100# or*200# or by sending the word ‘Balance’ to 144.
Key Features
- The bundles are available to all customers ( PrePay and PostPay).
- Bundle validity is as below
- Daily Bundle: 24hr validity
- Weekly Bundle: 7 days
- Monthly Bundle: 30 days
- Once the bundle expires, it cannot be reactivated and the unused resources are lost.
- If a customer purchases another bundle before expiry, the longer validity period applies and unused resources are rolled over.
- Bonga points earned will be on the value of bundle purchased
- The international voice bundles are not transferable.
- The bundles cannot be used when roaming.
