Human rights and good governance activist Boniface Mwangi has once again blocked the government vehicle for driving on the wrong side of the road.
Mwangi shared a video on his official twitter handle showcasing how the government vehicle registered GK 970R was plying on the wrong side of the road.
The defiant Mwangi refuse to make way and dared the driver of the vehicle.
Due to his adamant character, the driver swerved his car to the other side and Mwangi had to wait for them before proceeding with his journey.
Mwangi said the VIPs were misusing the use of siren something that he can’t tolerate.
“One person, an employee of the taxpayers in a convoy of 4 cars decided to use the wrong side of the road. It’s arrogance, endangering lives and breaking the law. I block anyone on the wrong side, the law is clear on the use of sirens, it doesn’t say “clearing traffic” EMERGENCY ONLY,” said Mwangi.
Kenyans on social media applauded Mwangi’s show of courage while others criticised him for being disrespectful to authority.
